All sales are final for services. We do not offer refunds for any services once purchased.
Refunds are only available for physical or digital products if they are proven to be defective or not as described. To request a refund for eligible items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our stated conditions.
Return Policy
Customers may return or exchange a product within 7 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Refund Request”. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product showing any damage or defects (if applicable)
After receiving your request, Simple Tax Way will respond with confirmation and instructions via email.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described. Customers will not be charged any fees for exchanges.
The replacement product will be shipped once the return of the original item is confirmed.
